Today...

Darlene continues to provide valuable services to several Metro Atlanta attorneys, who are sole practitioners or work in small offices.

Darlene's main work is spent on Chapter 7 and 13 Bankruptcies for clients of Dennis J. Murphy, but she is also helping Attorney Lori A. Browne to learn the bankruptcy process.  She is available to teach other attorneys, as well, if they refer clients, who need representation, or if they want to learn how to put together petitions and represent clients, themselves.

Darlene's other main area of work is in family law.  She helps attorneys to complete the required Georgia Child Support Worksheet for their clients.  She is also available to draft all documents in matters of divorce, child support and child custody.

During tax season, January through April, each year, Darlene and Miriam Minter work on individual and corporate taxes, together, for about 100 established tax clients.  Miriam uses her knowledge and experience in drafting the paper tax return.  Then, Darlene takes over, entering information into ATX tax software, doing a final error check, saving permanent copies, and either printing or electronically filing.

Miriam Minter has over 45 years experience with Georgia Probate Court documents, and estate administration.  She is interested in helping clients, in uncontested matters, to complete their own probate documents, or helping attorneys with litigation in this area.

Both Miriam and Darlene also do Wills, Power of Attorney, and Living Wills.  They assist in the proper execution of legal documents and sometimes provide witness and notary services.
